Step-By-Step Instructions on How to Enroll in Internet Banking
1. In order to use Internet Banking, all users must enroll.
2. On the enrollment page enter either your New 7-digit Member number (This is your 7-digit Member Number that has been provided with all your new account information for the launch of Systems Advantage) or your Old Member Number (The Member Number you used to access your accounts before the launch of Systems Advantage).
3. Enter your date of birth (Please ensure that you enter the correct format. For example: If your birthday is December 19, 1940 you must enter 12/19/1940. Do not forget to add the slashes.)
4. If you have a VISA credit card with UNFCU, check the box next to "Do you have a VISA". If you have a home loan with UNFCU, check the box next to "Do you have a Mortgage".
5. Click the continue button (If you do not enter the correct member number, date of birth, or check the box for the product you have incorrectly, your attempts to enroll for Internet Banking will be unsuccessful. Your account will be locked for security reason and you will have to contact UNFCU. Also, if we do not have a valid email address on file for you, your attempts will be unsuccessful.)
6. Create your password (Ensure that your password is a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 characters with at least 1 numeric character.)
7. Re-enter your new password for confirmation
8. The system will take you to the service agreement page. Please read the agreement carefully. Click on “I Accept” (You will receive a confirmation email at the email address we have on file for you welcoming you to UNFCU Internet Banking.)
9. Once you have enrolled, during all subsequent visits to Internet Banking at www.unfcu.org, please click on the link under Step 2 to login.
