•	First, answer the following questions to determine what forms you need to fill out
•	Next, download and print them
•	Finally, fill them out and return them to us via fax, mail, e-mail or in person

Once you have returned the necessary forms to us, transferring your assets to the Investment Centre at UNFCU should take between 2-4 weeks.

Then, you will have a big-picture overview of your assets in one glance, at your fingertips.
