Protect yourself against fraudulent use of your UNFCU VISA Credit Card! Enroll in Verified by VISA, a free VISA Internet authentication service that ensures the security on your VISA credit card.

Verified by VISA is a free Internet transaction authentication service. When you enroll, you provide a password that will subsequently be requested of you when shopping online with merchants who participate in the programme. The password you select will only be known by you and is intended to protect you against fraudulent use of your UNFCU VISA Credit Card.


IMPORTANT!
Merchants participating in Verified by VISA will require cardholders who shop via the Internet to be registered with this program to process their online transactions.

• If you are already registered, simply continue to shop online and enter your password when prompted.
  
  
• If you are not yet registered, UNFCU recommends that you visit our enrollment site and enroll today for Verified by VISA merchant coverage.
  
  
• If you do not choose to register and are shopping online with participating merchants, you will be required to register with Verified by VISA in order to process your transaction. When registering, you will be prompted by a series of screens that will instruct you to identify yourself to UNFCU and VISA. Specifically, you will be asked to enter the following information:
  
  
  
  
  1. Your name
     
     
  2. Your UNFCU member number
     
     
  3. Your zip (postal) code —Please note: If you reside outside of the U.S., enter 11101 as your zip code.
     
     
  4. A password

Once you have completed the registration process, you are now registered with Verified by VISA for that particular merchant. You will also be given an opportunity to register in full so that you may bypass Verified by VISA enrollment at individual merchant sites.
