What is Samsung Pay?
Samsung Pay uses a unique digital identifier instead of your card number for each transaction, so your card details are never shared. Fingerprint or PIN authorization means you control when each payment is made.
Samsung Pay does not change the way your payment information is stored or handled when you make purchases. Your payment information will continue to be managed by UNFCU. Only a transaction-specific token, which is used to replace your payment card number, is stored temporarily on your phone. It’s stored only as long as it takes to confirm the transaction.
Samsung Pay is automatically installed on all compatible devices.
- Launch the app
- Scan your VISA card and secure your account with your fingerprint or PIN, and the provided authorization code
- When you’re ready to make a purchase, verify your fingerprint and hold your phone near the reader. A soft vibration lets you know you paid.
