Initiate an investigation

When submitting a wire transfer request, we provide you with an estimated date of arrival. The payment should arrive by or before the date specified. If the money is not received by that date, then you may take necessary action such as an investigation or recalling the funds.

Verify the estimated arrival date of a transfer

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.

  2. From the top menu, select Transfers & Payments. 

  3. Choose Wires & ACH, then click Go. 

  4. From the Dashboard, select the desired transfer.  

  5. Select View to see the estimated arrival date. 

Initiate a payment investigation

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking 

  2. From the top menu, select Transfers & Payments. 

  3. Select Wires & ACH then click Go. 

  4. Locate the Enquire button next to the payment on the Dashboard or under the Activity tab. 

  5. Choose Trace my Transfer.
