No, no downloads are required, and we will not request that you visit any external links. If you receive such a request, you are likely in contact with a fraudster pretending to be a UNFCU agent. Do not proceed

We will never:

  • Ask you to download or connect to external software
  • Ask you to initiate transfers or set up recipients
  • Ask you to update your email address, mailing address, or phone number to an address or phone number you do not own
  • Contact you specifically to screen share without any context
  • Ask you to show us a non-UNFCU bank account or account on a non-UNFCU website
  • Ask you to screen share over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or other third-party software

If you encounter any of the above, do not proceed.

Look for a green outline around your Digital Banking screen.

Sharing your screen is optional and completely within your control. You can stop sharing your screen at any time by selecting the X in the bottom left corner, then selecting Yes.
