Sylvia Setash brings more than 25 years of financial service experience to the home buying needs of members. Her focus is on new construction lending and on members purchasing their first home in the US. Sylvia has always worked with portfolio lenders and has strong relationships with builders in the Washington, DC area.
Sylvia’s key strength is delivering excellent service to members. She is available at any time to help members. Her ability to anticipate problems and loan approval conditions has helped reduce members’ stress in the loan process. Sylvia is a former Board Director for Prince William Association of Realtors. She also earned the prestigious ‘Affiliate of the Year’ award in 1996 from Prince William Association of Realtors.
