Relevant experience and qualifications

I currently serve as Board’s Vice-Chair, providing strategic direction and oversight, building on my broad senior-level leadership experience in management, client services and operations. I have overseen financial management services, including internal controls, risk management, budgeting and treasury for two decades. Throughout my career, I have focused on enhancing clients’ support from both a policy setting and a practical perspective, both in the field and at headquarters. My international experience, paired with the strong management track record, has been an asset to the Board, supporting informed decision-making benefitting its members and the continued growth of the UNFCU.

Candidate statement

I am passionate about contributing to the financial peace of mind of our members and UNFCU’s important mission: serving those who serve the world. Our Credit Union must remain a strong, financially dependable institution which excels in providing outstanding financial client services while safeguarding the assets entrusted to it by its members. I want to continue contributing to the achievement to these important goals, ensuring that our UNFCU remains responsive to evolving financial needs of our global membership and their families, serving the UN, Agencies, Funds & Programmes at field, country or regional offices, or headquarters; as well as our retirees and their beneficiaries.
