Enroll in Priority Pass™ Select

If you are the primary cardholder and you are enrolled in Digital Banking, you can enroll through Digital Banking using either method below: 

• Go to Card Management. Under Travel Center, select Enroll in Priority Pass. 
• From Account Summary, select your Elite card, then select Priority Pass to begin enrollment. 

Once you enroll in Priority Pass Select, you can download the Priority Pass app to access your digital Priority Pass Select card. You can access lounges using your QR code, available in the app and in Digital Banking, or by using your Elite card. Log in to the Priority Pass website to activate your Elite card for lounge access. Please allow up to 12 hours for access to be enabled.  

Remember to update your Priority Pass information if you receive an Elite replacement card with a new number. Visit the Priority Pass website to log in or for ways to contact them. 

Elite primary cardholders receive five free airport lounge passes every 12 months from the date they enroll in the program. Any passes you do not use within the 12-month period will expire. They will not carry over to the next year.  

To receive a free pass, you must:  

• Purchase your airline ticket(s) with your UNFCU Elite credit card, and  
• Present your QR code or your Elite card at the lounge. 

Passes purchased with another credit card will not count towards your five free Elite passes. If you need more than five airport lounge passes, the additional passes will be charged to your Elite credit card.

Yes, secondary or additional cardholders can enroll. Please note the following: 

• The primary cardholder will need to initiate the enrollment through Digital Banking. 
• The primary cardholder will receive an activation code by email, which the secondary or additional cardholder can use to complete enrollment on the Priority Pass website. The secondary or additional cardholder can then add the digital card to their digital wallet. 
• If a secondary or additional cardholder visits a lounge alone, a $30 fee per visit will apply. If they visit a lounge together with the primary cardholder, those visits will count toward the primary cardholder’s five free visits per year. 

Yes, you can pre-book at selected Priority Pass locations. Download the Priority Pass app or visit the Priority Pass website to find a lounge and reserve your place. 

You can continue using your current physical Priority Pass card until its expiration date. Physical card access will end when your card expires. After your card expires, access lounges using your Elite card, Digital Banking, or the Priority Pass app. Physical Priority Pass cards will no longer be issued after 20 November 2025.
