Credit Disability Debt Protection

Ease the worry of making your loan payments.1

If you become disabled and lose your income, we will make your UNFCU loan and credit card payments for you. To receive this protection, the primary borrower must enroll for it. A fee of $0.15 per $100 will then be added to the outstanding loan balance. For example, if at the end of the month your loan balance is $5,000, a $7.50 fee will be added.

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.

    You can also call or visit to apply.

  2. Under Account Services, select Online Forms.

  3. Select Credit Disability Debt Protection.

  1. The Credit Disability Debt Protection product is optional. It is not a credit disability insurance policy. Whether or not you purchase Credit Disability Debt Protection will not affect your application for credit or the terms of existing credit agreements you may have with UNFCU. You must be employed to qualify for this product. Please review the Credit Disability Debt Protection Application and Schedule carefully before enrolling. A member service representative can provide you with this document upon request.
