Replace a card

If you need to replace your card due to damage, fraud, or loss, you can request a replacement using Digital Banking. The card can be sent to your primary or an alternate address. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery outside the US. For members within the US, please allow 12 weeks. Pouch delivery is 68 weeks. 

Before you begin your card replacement request, we recommend you verify your current address on file with us.

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.

  2. Go to Profile. 

  3. From the drop-down list, select Update Personal Information. 

  4. Review the Primary Mailing Address Information and click Edit if necessary. 

Request a replacement card

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking 

  2. Under Account Services, select Card Management 

  3. Choose Replace Card.
